About Strictly Live

Strictly Live, based in Melbourne, is an artist-first agency born from a passion for helping independent musicians take control of their careers. Founded in October 2023 by Hayleigh Grima, Strictly Live came to life after Hayleigh was inspired at SXSW Sydney. What began as a social media presence quickly evolved into a full-fledged artist management and consulting agency when she was asked to manage Melbourne-based band The Valiants, a group she had followed closely some time.

At the same time, Hayleigh landed a role as a band booker for The Bergy Bandroom in Brunswick, a position she secured through sheer dedication and hustle. From there, Strictly Live grew fast—Hayleigh now manages artists like Charlie Wilde, has curated a successful Battle of the Bands, and runs the popular Strictly Live Sessions at The Bergy.

Strictly Live isn’t just a management agency—it’s a hub for empowering musicians through knowledge. We share PR and marketing strategies, help bands build their brands, and offer insights into everything from merchandising to booking agents. We’re also about to launch our highly anticipated Strictly Live DIY Band Management Toolkit, designed to put musicians in the driver’s seat of their own success. (It’s coming soon—stay tuned!)
